Over 6 months in 2018, Action Hero travelled over 33,000km across Europe in a motorhome. On the way they asked the people they met to sing them a love song. This ever-evolving archive is now broadcasting 24/7 from beacons placed, by the artists, on the borders, invisible boundaries, margins, cultural junctures and geological edgelands of Europe.

The locations of these beacons currently transmitting love songs can be seen on the map above, along with video taken from the site. If you want to listen to the broadcast, navigate to the beacon nearest you using the Oh Europa app, which is available for both IoS and Android.

In 2019 we will continue to travel through Europe making recordings inside our motorhome, which doubles as a recording studio and our home whilst we’re on the road. We’ll also be presenting a handful of performances at various locations where you can hear all the love songs we’ve collected.
